ReBox Packing System and Traditional Cardboard

Many Customers are able to get their boxes at no cost from sources such as work, friends, or the liquor store. But for those Customers who do not have the opportunity to collect boxes from these sources, we have two packing systems to choose from – the ReBox packing system (unique to VanCity Moving) or traditional cardboard.
ReBox: “Cut Packing Time By 25%”
As an alternative to traditional cardboard and paper packing systems that end up as waste, we have just introduced the ReBox packing system, which reduces waste by approximately 97%, as measured by weight. Our system was designed specifically with the home mover in mind, and reduces packing time by about 25%*! This is a very significant edge over cardboard, as the task of packing one’s home can seem overwhelming at times. We offer these 2.4 cubic foot containers for rent at $2 each per move, with a cleaning deposit of $1 per container. Pick up or delivery is available for $20 in most parts of Vancouver.
At the end of the move, Customers can also unfold and flatten out the packing paper, and place it in the containers. When the containers are picked up, we then redistribute this paper to those Customers that request recycled packing paper.
Traditional Cardboard
Prices of cardboard boxes are listed below, and can be returned for a 50% refund when move is done. Used boxes (subject to availability) are half the listed price, and can also be returned for a 50% refund when move is done. In short, if Customer gets used boxes and returns them, they will save 75% of the listed price!
Don’t worry about ordering too many boxes, as any unused supplies can be returned for a 100% refund. We also offer overnight delivery for a small fee. Let us help you make up a list of supplies and specialty wrappings that you will need, specially tailored to the particulars of your move. Don’t worry about paying for the supplies when they are delivered, as we add it to the moving bill so you can make just one payment at the end of the move.
